Camille Schmitt, EurOptom : After earning her BTS in Opticianry, Camille continued her studies while gaining hands-on experience—first in an optical retail store and later in an ophthalmology practice. In 2019, she completed the European Diploma in Optometry, and driven by her passion for contact lenses, she joined the French contact lens laboratory LCS. Since then, she has been responsible for developing the Eastern region of France by training eye care professionals in lens fitting. Since 2022, she has also overseen training for international clients. LCS is a laboratory based in Normandy, specializing in the research, development, and in-house manufacturing of custom-made contact lenses, including corneal rigid lenses, hybrid, scleral, orthokeratology, and soft lenses.
