Scientific director of the Ophthalmology Center Świat Oka. Specialist in eye diseases. Assistant professor at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw. Member of the Polish Society of Ophthalmology (PTO) and the Society of Polish Ophthalmic Surgeons (SCOP). 2007-2022 Polish representative in the European Contact Society of Ophthalmologists (ECLSO). Lecturer at the European Studies in Ophthalmic Optics and Optometry. Editor of the position paper of the Polish Expert Group of the Academy of Ocular Surfaces. Experienced practitioner, renowned scientist, and respected lecturer.

 

An empathetic ophthalmologist with 28 years of professional experience, an academic lecturer, a recognized scientist, an outstanding expert, and a fantastic speaker. She has more than 200 publications to her credit. For 20 years, she has been professionally associated with the Department of Ophthalmology Medical University of Warsaw, from which she graduated. She is currently a lecturer in European Studies in Ocular Optics and Optometry. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw. In the academic environment of Warsaw, as the first ophthalmologist, she enthusiastically began to teach new generations of optometrists and supported the creation of a new field of study. She is the Polish representative in the European Contact Association of Ophthalmologists (ECLSO). Member of the Board of the Presidium of the Polish Society of Ophthalmology (PTO) from 2004-2010. Editor of the position paper of the Polish Expert Group of the Academy of Ocular Surface. Promotes the idea of interdisciplinary cooperation. She adheres to the philosophy of a holistic approach to the patient, whom she always puts first, looking for solutions outside the usual schemes. Under her leadership, the Ophthalmic World Eye Center has won the Health Ambassador Award for its expertise, experience, and improvement in patients' quality of life.

Based on the clinical studies conducted by Dr. Ambroziak, the US FDA registered a therapeutic lens made of lotrafilcon A. She won the ECLSO "Kersley Lecture" grand prize and the Medical University of Warsaw Scientific Award.

Dry eye management is successfully achieved through correct diagnosis and treatment. Based on new technologies, this workshop will focus on dry eye diagnosis using s and low light modulation therapy. 

Based on the equipment, it will be held in Polish and translated into English.
